BSRIA pre-commission cleaning and glycol dosing of critical cooling systems supporting live data centre infrastructure. Water quality verification and commissioning support were provided to ensure reliable operation of high-density cooling equipment before handover.

Complete flushing, commissioning and chlorination package including primary and secondary LTHW, chilled water systems, air balancing and domestic water disinfection. Delivered as part of a major healthcare redevelopment in accordance with HTM 04-01 requirements.

CPC cleaning of LTHW and chilled water systems to achieve commissioning water quality standards before handover. Water quality verification and ongoing technical support ensured compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Following CPC cleaning, the existing system water was recirculated through ion exchange resin technology to reduce conductivity and achieve demineralised water quality. An IWTM Protect magnesium anode system was installed to provide ongoing corrosion protection without the need for traditional chemical inhibitors. DWT continues to support the site through annual monitoring and maintenance services.

Cold water storage tank cleaning, disinfection and water quality verification to support safe operation and compliance. Works were completed within occupied residential facilities with minimal disruption to residents and building management.
