Shell Building

The Shell Building project was done over 1 and a half years in stages. Aqua's role in this project was to flush each floor as it was refurbished. As each floor was modernised a new heating and chilled water system was fitted which was then pre-commission flushed using temporary pumps. Once completed it was connected to the existing risers. The system was made of a modern plastic material feeding hot and cold ceiling tiles creating an even temperature to the whole floor.
