Pamure & Gordon

The client Pamure & Gordon took over level 3 of the very new building One New Change. The project for DWT involved pre-commission flushing of independent heating and chilled water systems. The systems receive their heating and cooling from basebuild heat exchangers and from there are stand alone systems for the floor. DWT's role was to flush and bring online the systems in accordance with BSRIA BG29 and to continue to maintain the systems over the following 12 months, taking samples every 3 months and topping up chemical inhibitors and biocides as necessary.

3 Sheldon Square

Again similar to Hitachi this project consisted of pre-commission flushes of 2 heating and 2 chilled water systems on the 7th floor for the clients Splunk and Prominent in isolation from the basebuild systems using temporary pumps. Working closely with the mechanical contractor and aiding in the design and layout of the system, DWT supplied equipment and labour for 5 weeks, finishing the job within the very tight program agreed with the main contractor.
